4. SOCIAL MEDIA INTEGRATION AND CONTENT POSTING

Express Consent Required

  • Identify which social media accounts will receive the content

You maintain complete control over what gets published to your social media accounts. We will never post content without your express permission.

5. CONTENT OWNERSHIP AND LICENSING

  • Content generated by our App based on your podcast feed

  • Any content you create or upload

License to Us

By using our App, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Display generated content to you for approval

  • Publish approved content to your social media accounts

  • Use your content in our marketing materials (only with your separate, explicit consent)

Marketing Use

We will only use your content in our marketing materials if you provide separate, explicit opt-in consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time without affecting your use of our App.

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS): Hosts our application and stores data

  • Stripe: Processes payment transactions

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for providing services to us.
