Age Restriction: Our App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. By using our App, you represent that you are at least 13 years old.
Account Information: Email address, name, and password when you create an account
Social Media Accounts: Authentication tokens and profile information from Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and LinkedIn when you connect your accounts
Payment Information: Billing information processed through our payment provider Stripe (we do not store credit card numbers)
Podcast Information: Your podcast feed URL and related metadata
Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our App
Device Information: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system
Cookies and Local Storage: Session identifiers and user preferences (see Section 7)

Create and manage your account
Generate content based on your podcast feed
Publish approved content to your connected social media accounts

Before we post any content on your behalf, we will:
Show you exactly what will be published
Identify which social media accounts will receive the content
Obtain your explicit approval for each post
You maintain complete control over what gets published to your social media accounts. We will never post content without your express permission.
Facebook/Instagram: Posting content, accessing public profile information
X (Twitter): Posting tweets, accessing profile information
LinkedIn: Sharing updates, accessing professional profile information
You retain all ownership rights to:
Your podcast content
Content generated by our App based on your podcast feed
Any content you create or upload
By using our App, you grant us a limited license to:
Process your podcast feed to generate social media content
Display generated content to you for approval
Publish approved content to your social media accounts
Use your content in our marketing materials (only with your separate, explicit consent)
We will only use your content in our marketing materials if you provide separate, explicit opt-in consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time without affecting your use of our App.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as described below:
Amazon Web Services (AWS): Hosts our application and stores data
Stripe: Processes payment transactions
These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for providing services to us.
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government request.
